Withdrawal of winnings is processed within 1–24 working hours depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for most methods. bet4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 per day.
Important: Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet bearing the same name as your bet4 account. bet4 does not permit fund transfers to third parties in order to prevent fraud.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bet4 subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's individual terms. These requirements must be fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
The following activities are considered bonus system abuse bet4 and subject to account action:
Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will automatically expire and be forfeited by the system bet4. No extensions will be granted except under exceptional circumstances at bet4's sole discretion.

Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to the bet4 support team within 48 hours of the game in question.
In the event of a technical disruption, software failure, or connectivity issue during an active game session, bet4 will review game records and make a determination based on data stored on the server. If a valid outcome cannot be established, bet4 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager to the player.
